Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed with Bendigo Shelving, delivery timeframes, shipping costs and what to do if your order is lost or damaged.

Delivery areas

Local Bendigo deliveries $49.99 (contact us for a quote for other areas).

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or public holidays processing may take longer.

Delivery types & charges

Local Bendigo deliveries $49.99 (contact us for a quote for other areas). For large or palletised deliveries we may contact you to arrange a time window and delivery method. Pick-up is available at 9 Marong Rd, Bendigo VIC 3550 (Pack n Send building).

Tracking & notifications

Once your order is accepted we will confirm a delivery window with you.

Failed delivery & returns to sender

If delivery cannot be completed (for example, no-one is available to accept the delivery) we may leave a card or attempt re-delivery. If an item is unable to be delivered you will be responsible for redelivery fees unless the failure was our fault.

Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is accepted.

Risk & title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are dispatched. Title passes according to the terms in your order confirmation — usually on payment and dispatch.
